Nearly twenty years on from Marie Quiery’s Review: ‘Invisible Women’ which explored the impact of discrimination and social exclusion on lesbian and bisexual women’s health, Marie will chair a discussion on what progress has been made since the review to improve the health outcomes for LGBTQIA+ women, and if these be achieved under a more equitable healthcare model in a new Ireland. This event will explore healthcare inequalities including, fertility treatment, legal rights to parenthood, mental health and gender affirming care.
