Ceol na Cille: The Graveyard Session Experience Ceol na Cille: The Graveyard Session, a unique and animated musical tour through the historic Friar's Bush Graveyard. Led by Dr Deirdre Nic an tSionnaigh, this immersive experience combines storytelling, history and live music, bringing the stories of the graveyard and its inhabitants to life through traditional Irish, Scottish and world music. The tour includes an ancient circle dance, a lament at the mass grave commemorating An Gorta Mór (The Great Famine), and the performance of a celebrated Belfast street song, creating a powerful reflection on memory, place and cultural heritage. As participants journey through one of Belfast's oldest burial grounds, they will encounter music, ritual and storytelling woven together in a moving celebration of history and tradition.
